AA at East End UMC

The One Day At A Time Group of Alcoholics Anonymous has met at East End UMC since 1979. The group meets in the dining hall area on the back side of the church (enter parking lot from Russell St.) on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 8 p.m. The Wednesday meeting is a book study (Conference-approved literature, usually Big Book or 12 and 12), Saturday is an open discussion (birthday speakers the last Saturday of the month) and Sunday is a closed discussion meeting, limited to those who identify as alcoholics or who have a problem with alcohol.
