Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts USA aims to empower girls and to help teach values such as honesty, fairness, courage, compassion, character, sisterhood, confidence, and citizenship<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizenship> through activities including camping<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camping>, community service<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_service>, learning first aid<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_aid>, and earning badges by acquiring practical skills. Girl Scouts’ achievements are recognized through rank advancement and by various special awards such as the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. We have several age groups represented at EEUMC. All interested future scouts can direct questions to Leah.j.bergman@vanderbilt.edu.
